The operation of multiple accounts — whether registered in your own name or through the use of third-party personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be a person who has voluntarily self-excluded from online gaming or gambling services through any self-exclusion programme.
• Own Identity: You must register and operate your Account using your own true identity and personal details. Account registration on behalf of another individual is prohibited.

To use koin805's real-money gaming services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name (as per your Malaysian identification document), a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number, a date of birth, and a secure password of your choosing. All information submitted must be truthful and verifiable.

4.2 KYC Verification

koin805 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal or upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, you will be required to submit:

4.3 Account Security

You must not share your username or password with any third party. koin805 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. By using the koin805 Platform, you agree to comply with the following conditions of use. Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances without compensation.

5.1 Permitted Use

• You shall use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You shall not use any automated system, bot, script, or mechanical device to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• You shall place wagers only with funds that have been lawfully acquired and deposited through authorised payment channels.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or match-fixing
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to conceal the proceeds of crime

• Registering multiple accounts or operating an account using false identity information

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

koin805 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30. koin805 does not impose a maximum deposit limit; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the koin805 account holder.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• koin805 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• koin805 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

koin805 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. The Company reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes. The Company may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the User.

koin805 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free credit awards, and VIP loyalty tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for bonuses on the koin805 platform is twenty times (20×) the bonus amount.
• Each User is entitled to claim any specific promotion once only, unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• koin805 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets, placing offsetting wagers, or exploiting promotional structures — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account Settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for a period of 7 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months. During a self-exclusion period, the User's Account will be suspended and access to the Platform will be restricted.

koin805 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, copying, or redistributing any Platform content; creating derivative works based on Platform content; using any koin805 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written consent; or accessing the Platform through automated means not expressly approved by the Company.

Any unauthorised use of koin805's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koin805 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

• koin805 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions.
• koin805 shall not be liable for losses arising from network failures, third-party payment processing delays, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• The Company's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that User's account at the time the claim arises.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

koin805 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the koin805 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which the koin805 Platform is licensed and operated.

In the event of a dispute between a User and koin805, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting the koin805 customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body designated by the Platform's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
