Who We Are
The koin805 Story
koin805 was founded with one goal in mind: to give Malaysian online gaming enthusiasts a platform that genuinely reflects their world. Our founding team had experienced first-hand how international casino sites often felt cold, impersonal, and disconnected from the Malaysian context — wrong currency, limited local payment options, and customer service that had no idea what a DuitNow transfer was.
So we changed that. From our early days as a lean startup operating out of Kuala Lumpur, we focused obsessively on getting the fundamentals right for Malaysia. That meant full Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) support from day one, seamless integrations with Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, and GrabPay — payment methods that Malaysians actually use in their daily lives.
Over time, koin805 grew from a focused sports betting platform into a comprehensive online gaming destination. Today we serve players across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia — from the bustling streets of Petaling Jaya to the vibrant city of Penang, from Shah Alam to Johor Bahru. Our platform covers slots, live casino, sports betting, live football, lottery, arcade games, and esports — all in one seamless experience.
What hasn't changed since day one is our commitment to fairness, transparency, and responsible gaming. Every game on our platform is sourced from licensed international studios and subject to regular independent audits. Every payout is processed honestly. And every player — whether they're depositing RM30 for the first time or a seasoned VIP wagering thousands — receives the same respectful, high-quality service.

What Drives Us
Our Mission & Core Values
Everything we do at koin805 flows from a clear mission: to be the most trusted and player-friendly online gaming platform in Malaysia. These values guide every decision we make.
Our Mission
To deliver an online gaming experience that Malaysians can be proud of — one that is fair, transparent, locally relevant, and built on genuine trust. We exist to entertain, not to exploit. Every feature, promotion, and policy at koin805 is designed with the long-term wellbeing of our players at the centre.
We believe that the best online casino isn't the one with the flashiest bonuses or the most aggressive marketing — it's the one where players keep coming back because they genuinely enjoy the experience and trust the platform with their money.
Integrity Above All
We operate with complete transparency. Our RTP figures are independently verified, our bonus terms are written in plain English, and our withdrawal processes are straightforward with no hidden fees. What you see is what you get.
Player-First Thinking
Every product decision starts with a single question: is this good for our players? From our responsible gaming tools to our loyalty programme tier structure, we build features that genuinely benefit the people who use our platform.
Locally Rooted
We're not a generic international operator that slapped a Malaysian payment gateway onto a foreign platform. koin805 is designed from the ground up for Malaysians — the currency, the sports coverage, the payment options, and the customer support culture all reflect this commitment.
Speed & Reliability
We invest heavily in platform infrastructure to ensure 99.8% uptime and sub-second page load times. When there's a Liga Super Malaysia match at 8pm or an EPL fixture at 3am, koin805 needs to be available and fast — and it is.
Responsible Gaming
We take our duty of care seriously. koin805 enforces a strict 21+ age policy, provides self-exclusion and deposit limit tools, and actively promotes responsible gambling awareness through our platform and dedicated Responsible Gambling resources.

Local Commitment
Our Commitment to Malaysian Players
Malaysia is not just a market for koin805 — it's home. Our team understands what makes Malaysian players tick: the excitement of a Sunday Liga Super Malaysia fixture, the late-night EPL matches that have half of KL glued to their phones, the ease of paying for things with Touch 'n Go or DuitNow.
We've built a platform that celebrates this. Our sports betting odds reflect the Malaysian fan's perspective. Our slot selection includes titles with Asian themes alongside international favourites. Our customer support team is staffed with agents who understand the context behind every enquiry.
We also take our social responsibilities in Malaysia seriously. koin805 maintains strict age verification — all players must be 21 years old or above to access real-money gaming. We provide self-exclusion tools, spending limit controls, and regularly publish responsible gambling resources to help our community game safely.
Whether you're in Bangsar, Subang Jaya, Ipoh, Kota Kinabalu, or Kuching — if you're a Malaysian adult who enjoys online gaming, koin805 was built for you.
